Account Data
We collect account information such as name, email, hashed password, subscription data, and session metadata required to operate the product.
Document Processing
Uploaded claim documents may be stored securely, parsed, and scrubbed for PHI. Redacted text is preferred for AI analysis.
AI Disclosure
AI services may be used to summarize claim issues and generate informational drafts. Outputs can contain errors and require user review.
Deletion Rights
Users may request deletion of accounts, uploaded files, and exported data according to product controls and applicable law.
